Ithaque facing the health crisis. Objective: maintain activity

During the sanitary lockdown established in France during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ithaque association, based in Strasbourg, adapted its intervention methods (at the supervised drug consumption room, in CAARUD, in CSAPA, and in microstructures), by inventing new ways of reaching people who would otherwise have been left behind.
