The oral status of patients seen in addictology is often concerning. Treating teeth effectively and over time is difficult. What are the causes? Is this a consequence of the patient’s intake of toxic, de-socialisation or a previous psychic state? After research on these themes, a questionnaire was conducted in three groups. Patients, addictology service providers and dental surgeons were interviewed to provide statements and feelings on the dental problems of patients. It appears that patients seek care and dialogues. Caregivers express certain genes and limitations. How do you overcome these difficulties in a health care setting? How do you initiate processes for better dental management of patients?
